Return , refund & exchange

- You can get only one time exchange for each customer
- The exchange service is only available if the item and the size to be exchanged is available. Otherwise, your request for exchange will be rejected
- For exchanging the size or item please contact us via Email or our Instagram page : boutique_la_sirene
- The maximum period of exchange is two days, 48 ​​hours only, after that the exchange request will be rejected
- To request a replacement outside Jordan, the customer pays the shipping costs from his country to Jordan to retrieve the order and from Jordan to the customer’s country (meaning twice delivery)
- To request an exchange inside Jordan, the customer pays 3 JD’s for the delivery service
- The return and refund service is not available unless there is a manufacturing defect in the item and there is no other piece to replace it

Shipping policy

- Delivery takes 1-3 days in jordan, and orders outside Jordan take about a week
- For orders inside Jordan, you can pay cash on delivery , bank transfer or transfer via Western Union. As for orders outside Jordan, unfortunately, the payment service via Visa is not available from the site yet, so please contact our Instagram page to coordinate with the customer service officer
- When the customer refuses to receive or does not respond to the delivery service employee, customer name will be added to the blacklist, and customer will not be able to order again without prepayment
